Southwyck Section V, with 53 homes, is comprised of the homes in the village of Lakecrest Estates, located along the northeast side of the Southwyck Lake Park. Meetings are held quarterly. Section V residents are encouraged to address concerns, suggestions, or compliments to any officer. Southwyck Section 5 is a self-managed board with no management company.
