The Southwyck community is comprised of seven neighborhoods, two swimming pools controlled by the Section boards and five parks controlled by the Section boards or Southwyck CAI. Southwyck is located approximately 20 miles south of downtown Houston in Pearland, Texas. Southwyck's neighborhood villages include the villages of Edgewater Estates, Emerald Pointe, Huntington Park, Lakecrest Estates, Southfield Village, Southglen and Southmanor. Southwyck prides itself on being a culturally and socio-economically diverse community where all are welcome. Our neighbors in Silverlake, Silvercreek and Lakes of Edgewater Estates are also an integral part of our community.
