Southwyck Community Association
Board of Directors Election - Call for Candidates

To: Southwyck Homeowners

The quality of the neighborhood we live in is directly affected by the participation of homeowners in our community. The Board of Directors, among other things, sets the budget for the Association, oversees collection of assessments for the Sections and Master Associations and decides what landscaping, maintenance and improvements should be done on Master Association property.

None of this would happen without homeowner involvement. Your individual participation can and will make a difference and we encourage each of you to consider volunteering.

We will hold our Annual Meeting in January and will be electing two Southwyck homeowners to a three-year term on the Board.   If you are interested in running for election, please contact our Board members by sending an email to directors@southwycktexas.com, contact our Association Manager Kathy Dooley via Kathy@CMSIsolutions.com or at 281-480-2563, or contact us by using the contact information form at our website, www.southwycktexas.com. Deadline for submission prior to the mail out of notices is December 1, 2023.
