Fill out the Vendor form and email back to events@southwycktexas.com and wait to hear back from us on if you have been approved to participate in this event. Payment will be due after approval. Make payment out to Southwyck CAI. Mail or drop payment off to the address on the application form.

Event Giving Back Campaign:

Attendees are encouraged to participate in our giving campaign. We will give raffle tickets out to those who make a donation. We will be raffling off a gift card. Locate the Southwyck feather banner for our vendor check-in, information and donation drop-off and raffle tickets. Shop on Amazon and make this easy. Bring your box of supplies with you, then it's less likely you will forget.

Your ticket is also good for a chance at a Cinemark Theater gift card. a $50 value. This will be raffled at the end of the movie.

IN ALL CASES, you must be present to win.

Raffle tickets can be picked up on-site at the park. Look for the Southwyck feather flags. We’ll have someone manning that area.
